Depot-based control of reorders

New feature:

With the new depot-based reorder control, users can only reorder keys and cylinders that are assigned to their depot. This restriction increases security and transparency in the ordering process.

Details:

• Access rights: Only users with the matching depot assignment and at least the "Sachbearbeiter" role can place reorders for their depot. Administrators keep full access to all depots and can manage orders system-wide.

• System settings: The ordering permission can be switched on or off in "Default settings & Manage modules".

• User management: In user management, administrators can grant individual users reorder rights for specific depots.

• Ordering process: In the "Ordering" module, authorised users can create reorders. Only the keys and cylinders assigned to the relevant depot are shown.

• Goods receipt: Once the ordered items have arrived, the goods receipt can be confirmed with the "Receive" icon. The items are then assigned to the corresponding depot automatically.

Note: Make sure all keys and cylinders are correctly assigned to a depot. Items without a depot assignment are visible to all users in the system and can be reordered by anyone.
